This is a sound without a body!

Sibilance is a (un)pleasant tonal harshness that can happen during consonant syllables like S, T and Z, caused by disproportionate audio dynamics in upper midrange frequencies.

While editing the source material of this recording in it's initial/early form, we experimented with a sibilance filter. This static flow of noise is the sibilance of the original recording, what the filter is suppose to remove, while all other sonic elements, the main body of the sound, were muted. Normally sibilance is removed from a recording, as it's considered an unwanted sound artifact. This album is the result of an inverted "error".

Created in Florina (GR), April 27th, 2020 amidst COVID-19 isolation.
